Tankdeckel Schloss ausbauen???

    Hi,
    das hätt ich auch gern gewußt. Musste meinen ausbohren weil der Schlüssel beim kauf nich dabei war ;(
    Es sieht aber so aus das der Schließzylinder nicht getauscht werden kann. Alles andere lässt sich ja zerlegen, Feder usw.

    Hallo,


    bin zwar neu im Forum,aber schon seit 1990 mit dem A-Manta verbunden.


    Es geht den Tankdeckel zu zerlegen,hab es selbst gemacht,und auf meine Schliessung umgestellt,soll ja alles mit einem Schlüssel sperren :D

    Hm,
    ich hab das von einem Schlösserspezialisten machen lassen,die öffnen alles,wenn kein Schlüssel mehr da ist.
    Ich fahr die Tage mal zum SR,er steht 30 km weg in der Garage.
    Werd den Deckel mal mitnehmen und Bilder machen.
    Man muss ein 2mm Lochbohren,dahinter ist ein kl Stift,den durchschlagen und das Schloss fällt raus :D.

    ne,leider braucht man sanfte Gewalt.
    Aber das Loch ist 2mm,und innen am zerlegten Deckel,hinterher nicht sichtbar.
    Aber ist die einzige möglichkeit.
    Und mir wars egal,will das alles mit 1 Schlüsselsperrt,und ich nicht wie ein Hausmeister rummlauf

    Im restoring as Ascona A from the Year 1973.
    Im trying to disassemble the gas tank cap (tankdeckel) of my Ascona.
    Some of the pieces of the back part got out, but I cant take out the rest of the back part out.
    I would like to disassemble it completely , so I can chrome it like new.
    Can someone help me?
    If you can, please write in English or please put some pictures of the procedure.


    (I can put a picture of my tankdeckel as it is, but I don't know how to do it.) :oh:

    you put a picture of your gas tank cap on your PC, then go to -> choose your Pic and upload it, copy the URL, then reply this topic with your text and
    thats it now we can see your gas tank cap #))



    you want to put out the key cylinder? where you put in your key to open and fuel new gas in :tongue:


    sadly we doesn't have a proper tutorial with pics, but i hope we will get it soon. In short words, you have to drill a small hole(2mm) on the backside and then take a pin and bash the pin into the small hole, but you must have a hunch(just pay attention and be soft ;) ) then it should fall out.


    if we have more instructions i try to translate it for you :)

    hat eigendlich einer schon mal den kleinen dreh deckel vor dem schloß abbeckommen ohne es zu wollen also ich meine beim tanken unglücklicher weise


    den dreh deckel habe ich noch aber weis nicht wie ich den wieder fest bekomme oder wie der überhaupt befestigt war ist ja son kleiner stift rein der in die bohrung vom tankedeckel kommt aber weiter???


    weiß jemand rat
